Women in Manufacturing: San Leandro Celebrates Martha Trela & UrbanBloc
The City of San Leandro gave a special shout-out to UrbanBloc’s CEO and president, Martha Trela, for her leadership and contributions as a “woman in manufacturing” during the 2023 Bay Area Manufacturing Week, a regional effort to promote and recognize the value of local manufacturing that generates job creation, technological advancements, and innovation. As a city with deep manufacturing roots, San Leandro boasts a number of successful women-led manufacturing businesses, like UrbanBloc, that are a visible force in the business community.
